Michael Hylton, a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, has been appointed Senior Director, Federal Sales at Orca Security.
Most recently, Michael served as the Head of Public Sector and Federal Government for OPSWAT, where he led initiatives to strengthen critical infrastructure cybersecurity. In this role, he was responsible for setting strategic direction, managing cross-functional teams, and creating advanced security technologies tailored to public sector needs. Michael was also instrumental in forming strategic partnerships, streamlining operational workflows, and fostering team development, all while ensuring the delivery of customized security solutions for government clients. In addition to his role at OPSWAT, Michael has held leadership positions in several other organizations, including SIGA, where he served as North America Sales Director, and NowSecure, where he was VP of Sales.
In his new role at Orca Security, Michael will leverage his extensive background in sales and cybersecurity to lead the company’s federal sales initiatives, focusing on delivering innovative security solutions to government clients.
