Banks Engert, an experienced operational leader with a strong background in project management, business development, and government contracting, has accepted the role of Chief Growth Officer at Elements 5, LLC.
In his most recent role as Director of Operations at BBB National Programs, Banks led operations for a variety of dispute resolution programs, including the flagship BBB AUTO LINE, which helps consumers settle vehicle warranty disputes. His responsibilities included managing case management, compliance, quality assurance, and customer service teams, ensuring effective and timely resolution for all parties involved.
As Chief Growth Officer at Elements 5, Banks will lead cross-functional teams to collaborate with government partners and deliver top-tier software, IT solutions, and healthcare services.
