The Billings VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Montana requires preventative maintenance and repair services for the government-owned Philips N90 R/F X-Ray machine at the facility.
Philips Healthcare s Radiology & Imaging Systems are proprietary to them, and no other distributors are authorized to provide preventative maintenance and service repairs. The VA National Acquisition Center (NAC) is under an Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with Philips Healthcare and any annual service maintenance to existing equipment located at the VHA medical facilities are to be issued as a sole source delivery/task order against IDIQ VA797H-17-D-0022. This applies to all service maintenance agreement orders through March 14th, 2027.
The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811210 and the Business Size Standard is $34.0 Million.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 12:00 PM Local Mountain Time, Friday, March 20th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
