In Accordance with FAR 5.101 The USDA intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Iowa Communications Network

The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1 (b)(c)(i) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
