Presolicitation Notice PRESOLICITATION NOTICE- A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 19, 2026. The North Texas Health Care System, Garland VA Medical Center, currently has a requirement to 549-SL-161 Main Entrance Sidewalk/Driveway Repair Garland. The VAMC is located at 12300 Marie Curie Blvd. Garland, Texas 75042. 36C25726Q0174 The project will include the contractor to provide supervision, labor, material, and equipment utilizing the polyurethane foam process to construct project 549-SL-161 Main Entrance Sidewalk/Driveway Repair Garland. The sidewalk at the front entrance has sinking and settling areas of concrete. The repair is required to lift and stabilize the concrete to grade in efforts to reduce tripping hazards to the following areas, the circular drive, sidewalk 1 &2, and the front entrance. All joints to areas lifted and stabilized are to be filled with industry standard joint sealant to manufacturer specifications to prevent water infiltration for protection and a clean finished look. There will be no specifications and drawings for this project, pictures will be provided along with a Statement of Work (SOW). The NAICS code for this procurement is 238110 Poured concrete and foundation and structure contractors, with a small business size standard of $19.0M. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), as stated below.
