Preventive maintenance services for Ansul and Kitchen Hoods

The United States Department of State (DOS) requires services at the unclassified clearance level, to provide maintenance and training services at the U.S. Embassy Compound, Route des Almadies Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with this contract for the following: 

- Kitchen hood fire suppression system servicing & Piping network flushing. (flight tickets & accommodation expenses to be included in the quotation).

- Kitchen hood duct and exhaust fan cleaning

-Maintenance & catering staff training

VENDOR DELIVERY

-Supply of labour, parts and ppe (personal protective equipment) to service the hoods and fllushing piping network with flushing concentrate to eliminate debris, and check for possible leakage

-Inspection of ducts and hoods with endoscope cameras. cleaning of kitchen hood duct with pressure washing machine & kitchen duct cleaning machine from roof top to kitchen hood.

-Onsite training of maintenance and catering staff on operation of R-102
