The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) ATSO, Code EB45300, is the primary source of Electronic Warfare (EW) threat simulation for weapons development, test, and evaluation (DT&E), Fleet training, and target applications in the Department of Defense. It is responsible for the development of threat systems that simulate or replicate radar signals and electronic attack (EA) threat environments. These systems are used throughout a weapons systems life cycle; from rack units for use in laboratories and hardware-in-the-loop facilities during development, to airborne pods for use on manned aircraft for testing and Fleet training. The requirement includes 44 Exhibit Line Item Numbers (ELINs) for different pre-assembled parts under one CLIN, one CLIN for hardware modifications to modify the parts based on the Governments needs after delivery, and one CLIN for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs). The contract CLINS are: CLIN 0001- 1 Lot DLQ-9 PODS and associated hardware for $79,682,542; CLIN 0002 - 1 Lot Hardware Modifications for $ 1,716,976; and CLIN 0003 - Technical Data Not Separately Priced for a total of $81,339,518.
