THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE This notice, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Section 5.3, is posted by the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) to announce the awards for Phase II of the Building Maintenance and Operations Small Business (BMO SB) Federal Strategic Sourcing Solution inclusive of Zones 2 through 6. The BMO Phase II Small Business is a competitive multiple award, IDIQ contract. It has a base period of 5-years with one 5-year option period and is valued at $27 billion. The contract is designed to provide complete building maintenance and operations services to federal agencies.
