Texas Army National Guard: BPA Catered Meal Services for Austin, Texas and surrounding areas

The Texas Army National Guard is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Catered Meal Services for the Austin Area with one or more vendors within a 30-mile driving distance to a Texas Army National Guard Armory or Training Site in close proximity to the Austin, Texas zip code 78703 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 722320 ?Caterer applies to this solicitation with a small business size standard of $9M. Each awarded BPA will have up to a five-year Period of Performance (POP) with a minimum order value of $0.00 and up to a maximum capacity of $250,000.00.
