This Justification and Approval posting is to fulfill the requirements set forth in FAR 5.406 and FAR 6.305(a). This is a Class J&A for future AFRL and AFIT sole-source library subscription/archive purchases for a duration of five (5) years from the vendors indicated in the attached publisher list, including this specific procurement of Elsevier ScienceDirect for AFRL and AFIT.
