The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, and management necessary to perform these services.

4. CONTRACT TYPE

The anticipated contract structure is a single award Purchase Order.

5. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) will be:

Base Period: One (1) year from date of award.

6. NAICS CODE

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is expected to be one of the following (subject to change based on market research):

• 541519 – Other Computer Related Services
  or
• 541512 – Computer Systems Design Services

The Government welcomes feedback from industry regarding the most appropriate NAICS code.

7. SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION

The Government is specifically seeking responses from firms in the following socioeconomic categories:

• Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)
• Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB)

Respondents shall clearly identify their business classification and provide proof of eligibility (e.g., SAM.gov registration and SBA certification, if applicable).

8. INFORMATION REQUESTED

Interested vendors are requested to submit the following information:

1. Company Information
   • Company Name
   • Address
   • UEI Number
   • CAGE Code
   • Point of Contact (Name, Email, Phone)
2. Business Size and Socioeconomic Status
   • Identify whether the firm is:
     • SDVOSB
     • WOSB
     • Small Business
     • Other
3. Capabilities Statement
   • Provide a brief description (no more than 3–5 pages) demonstrating the company’s capability to perform the required services.
4. Relevant Experience
   • Provide examples of similar work performed within the last five years, particularly work supporting:
     • DoD
     • Digital transformation initiatives
     • Data integration or digital support for maintenance/logistics operations.
5. Contract Vehicles
   • Identify any existing Government contract vehicles (IDIQs, GSA Schedule, etc.) available for ordering.
6. NAICS Recommendation
   • Provide feedback on the most appropriate NAICS code for this requirement.
