NV-PAHRANAGAT NWR - Southwestern Willow Flycatcher (SWLF) Assessment

SWLF is an endangered subspecies of Willow Flycatcher.
This work is for Survey, Monitoring, and Banding and requires 2 permits. Due to the difficulty of obtaining the permits and the tight timeline, the vendor is required to already have the permits.

Vendor will submit evidence of:
1. USFWS permit to conduct surveys and disturb nesting endangered birds.
2. Existing, valid permit from the USGS Bird Banding Laboratory (BBL) authorizing auxiliary marking of SWFL in Nevada.
3. A written narrative explaining their experience with the endangered subspecies and the work in the SOW.
