Notice of Intent to Award - Sole Source

There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to pruchse a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, titled "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract utilizing Contracting by Negotiating procedures in FAR Part 15.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is requiring Data and Voice support with telecommunication services.
