Translation Services

Argonne National Laboratory is seeking to create a Blanket Purchasing Agreement for Translation Services. Please refer to the Statement of Work, attached, for further details.

If able to provide these services, please submit your proposal addressing the following requirements by March 05, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST.

1. Executed ANL-70 Request for Quotation (Signed on Page 1)
2. Completion of the Appendix C Price Schedule, dated February 26, 2026
3. Provide a technical proposal that demonstrates the ability to perform the work as described in the SOW.
4. Complete Reps & Certs, ANL-70A dated 01/13/2025
5. Review and acceptance of the Argonne Terms and Conditions For Commercial Goods and Services, ANL-71-COM
6. Review and acceptance of the Appendix D-8-C, Intellectual Property Provisions Commercial Supplies and Services Requiring Delivery of Data, ANL-562 IP
7. Review of SOW, Translation Services, dated February 26, 2026
8. Review and Sign Addendum 0001
9. Review and Accept Appendix C Travel Policy for Contractor Personnel and Accounts Records, and Inspection, ANL-529COM
