**UPDATE 2/13/2020 - Solicitation extended to 2/20/20 This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a Five (5) Year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ)type contract to be awarded using FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items using Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA). The Government will award a contract from this solicitation on a CLIN by CLIN basis, to the responsible offeror who proposes the lowest evaluated price, and who submits a technically acceptable proposal. Offers will be evaluated on a CLINby-CLIN basis, based on the evaluation criteria identified in Section M of this solicitation. Therefore, this solicitation may result inthe award of more than one contract. However, only one awardee will be selected per CLIN/NSN.
