The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Service Unit in Chinle, AZ intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Shamrock Foods Company, for the delivery of various chemical cleaning products on an as needed basis.
The anticipated period of performance is date of award with two option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 325998 All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 650 employees.
No further awards will be made unless the need for Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility changes. The prospective multiple-award BPA as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(a), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.
Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than March 14, 12PM MST. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government.
This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued.
