For item number lines below, Mail Out codes are utilized to capture various miscellaneous tests and do not correspond to a single, defined test code. Consequently, a fixed price cannot be assigned, as pricing varies based on specific test ordered. Due to this ambiguity, we respectfully request that these items be removed from the RFP. VA Response: Vendors will not be required to price the above line items due to ambiguity and future tests must be purchased under the micro-purchase limit utilizing a government purchase card by the facilities.
