Joint Mission Planning System FY 26 Laptops

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to procure a brand name requirement for Getac laptops, model S510, in accordance with FAR 6.103-1(d), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; Application for brand-name descriptions, to meet the Joint Mission Planning Software (JMPS) program. This requirement is for a brand name only and equals will not be accepted. The proposed vendor must be an authorized distributor or reseller of Getac. The laptops shall be configured in accordance with the Statement of Work and all associated documents. The Government intends to award a Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of two years. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation.  

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to the Contracting Office no later than 15 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893625R0036 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.  Submit written response by e-mail to Ms. Andrea Herrera at [email protected] and Ms. Helen Xiong at [email protected].
