USAFA Grease Laden Vapor Exhaust Systems Cleaning and Maintenance

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for Grease Laden Vapor Exhaust Cleaning and Maintenance Services at various locations on the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado.

UPDATE -  Amendment 0004

The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to:

1) Extend the solicitation due date to 9 March 2026.

2) Add further clarification for the workload data updated in Attachment 2 - PWS Appendices dated 26 February 2026 issued under Amendment 0003.

3) The following facilities have been updated to include additional "hoods" based on our updated definitions: Bldg. 1081 - Jacks Valley Kitchen, Bldg. 2350 - Mitchell Hall, Bldg. 3120 - Falcon Club, Bldg. 5125 - Pho Wok, Bldg. 5218 - Airman Dining Hall, Bldg. 49002 - Falcon Stadium.

4) Please base your quote off of the latest workload data included in the updated PWS Appendices of Amendment 0003.

5) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 0003

The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to:

1) Update FAR Clause 52.212-4 Addendum.

2) Extend the solicitation due date to 4 March 2026.

3) Incorporate updated Attch 2 - PWS Appendices_25Feb26.

4) This requirement has not changed. Quantities have been updated in Appendix B - Workload Data to provide more clarity and incorporate additional definitions.

5) Quoters will have the opportunity to revise and resubmit their quote.

6) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
