Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods and/or services, on its conveyance, at the destination specified by the buyer. The seller is responsible for the cost of shipping, and at risk of loss, prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. As a result of this solicitation, GSA intends to award one (1) task order, under the contractors already established GSA Schedule contract. All labor categories offered, must reflect the rates listed in the contractors current GSA Schedule contract. The contractors prices proposed shall not exceed the rates listed in their current GSA Schedule contract, but the rates can be less than the contractors current GSA Schedule contract rates. Quotes must demonstrate a clear understanding of the nature and scope of the work required. Failure to provide a realistic, reasonable, and complete quote may reflect a lack of understanding of the requirements and may result in a determination that the vendor is technically unacceptable. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price quote meeting the acceptability standards for non-price factors.
