USDA Forest Service Plains Thompson Fall Ranger District Tree Planting AMD 0001

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1284LM26Q0030 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for tree planting services within the Plains Thompson Falls Ranger District.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310.  The small business size standard is $11.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

2. Attachment 4 Summary Information Chart AMD 0001, Stock Type for Graves Creek Unit UGC5 changed to Bareroot/Container, and
3. Due date for quotes extended to March 17, 2026, 1700 MT.
