Janitorial Services at Gulf Port, and Mobile ATCTs

Amendment 0001

The purpose of this Amendment is to provide Revised Frequency Charts for each location for the following two reasons:

1.    The Time frame to clean Operational Area(s) hours have changed from 6AM-12PM to 6AM-12AM(midnight).
2.    Restroom schedule has been changed from 3D7 to 2D7.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for janitorial
services in the following two locations listed below. This is a firm-fixed
price (FFP) procurement set-aside for all SBA Total Small Businesses.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 –Janitorial Services with a size standard of $22 MIL.

Locations:
1. Gulf Port ATCT, 4445 10TH AVENUE, GULFPORT, MS. 39501
2. Mobile ATCT, 101 FLAVE PIERCE RD MOBILE, AL. 36608

Period of Performance Begins 06/1/2026 for a base year plus four (4) option
years. Please read the entire solicitation in its entirely for information regarding
