The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires Ambulance Services for Northern Indiana Health Care System (NIHCS), its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics. This procurement is Unrestricted The solicitation will require that the Contractor to provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, materials, and reports necessary to furnish 24 hours per day, 7 days per week Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, and Specialty Care Ambulance Services primarily within Veterans Integrated Service Network 10 (VISN 10). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 621910 Ambulance Services and size standard $22.5 million applies. This requirement is being solicited under FAR Parts 12 & 13. The closing date for receipt of offers will be February 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance at through Contracting Opportunities website available through Sam.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. All questions in regard to the solicitation shall be presented to the listed Contract Specialist no later than 10:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time on January 30, 2026. Phone calls shall not be accepted.
