IMPLAN Economic Impact Modeling Software Licenses

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a sole source contract to IMPLAN Group LLC for Economic Impact Modeling Software Licenses. The Government intends to procure this requirement per FAR Part 13 and ultimately award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to IMPLAN Group LLC. The performance period is anticipated to begin on June 13, 2026, and end on June 12, 2027. 

The associated North American Industrial Classification System {NAICS) code for this procurement is 513210 - Software Publishers, with a $47 million size standard. 

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.
