This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT942523Q0038. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 are incorporated. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Offerors are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the below Instructions to Offerors, FAR 52.212-1, to arrive electronically through the Solicitation Module of the PIEE suite at https://piee.eb.mil/ website no later than the proposal due date for this solicitation. The Government does not authorize submission of telegraphic, facsimile, paper or CDROM offers via hand carry or mail carrier for this solicitation. Proposals submitted by mail or hand carried will not be evaluated. Proposals sent through proprietary or third party File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites or DoD SAFE will not be retrieved.
