AD HOC MEDICAL RA SUPPORT SERVICES

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a five-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to one or more responsible Offerors to provide commercial Ad-Hoc Medical Reasonable Accommodation Support Services (AMRASS). This announcement seeks to procure off-site Disability Management Physician Assistant (DMPA) services to provide expert medical adjudication related to Disability Management and Reasonable Accommodation determinations for Agency employees to carry out the mission in their assigned areas of responsibility within the organization. This commercial buy uses FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for The Government is interested in securing these commercially available services. The Government intends to issue one (1) or more Firm Fixed-Price Commercial Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with vendors that provide the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quotes for this requirement. The tentative period of performance for the BOA(s) is March 20, 2025 ? March 19, 2030. The Government is under no obligation to issue an Order against any BOA Agreement. The total Task Orders against this BOA are not expected to exceed $250,000 over the 5-year period of performance. The ceiling can be increased/decreased at any time by the Contracting Officer via a bilateral modification to meet future needs. An annual notice will be posted to canvas the market for more affordable sources, each year of the performance period.
