THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD CONTRACT TO TECOLOTE RESEARCH, INC FOR ENTERPRISE VISIBILITY AND MANAGEMENT OF OPERATING AND SUPPORT COST (EVAMOSC) SUPPORT SERVICES
The United States Department of War (DoW), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Executive Services Directorate (ESD) Pentagon Services Division (PSD) intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Tecolote Research, Inc., 420 South Fairview Ave, Suite 201, Goleta, CA 93117-3654, for Enterprise Visibility and Management of Operating and Support Cost (EVAMOSC) support services. The period of performance is estimated to be for a 5-month base period with a 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. Small business size standard $34 million.
The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 as implemented by DARS 2026-O0020 RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract is intended to continue the requirement for EVAMOSC support services while a new competitively awarded contract is being procured.
This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
