Amended solicitation package has been attached.  Correction was made to number of quarters which was a typo in the original solicitation.  The Item description has been changed to reflect a start date of April 1st and a contract term of 5 years consiting of a base year with 4 option years (periods).  Due to these changes, the Amended solicitation has been extended and responses are now due March 17th.  Please see details in this announcement.
