Offerors may be required to provide information to demonstrate that at least 51 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or of other SDVOSB concerns. The requirement is for the following: The contractor shall provide commercial-grade carpet and luxury vinyl tile to support ongoing maintenance and renovation projects for multiple buildings located at the GCVHCS, Biloxi, MS.
