B518 Power Plant Maintenance

Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to remove the previous CLIN XX02 as it was duplicated in error. The updated CLIN structure can be found in the attached document titled "Combined Synopsis.Solicitation - FA460026Q0013 - Updated 3.9.26". 

Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to add the answered technical questions that were recieved. Adding attachments 20-25 in support of the answered technical questions. An updated PWS will be added with changes due to the technical questions. Offer due date has been extended to Thursday 12 March at 11:00AM CST. An updated Combo will be atttached reflecting this information as well.

Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to add an unlocked version of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Please view the Attachments/Links to find the doccument.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

This requirement is for operation and maintenance of electric generating plant electrical systems
at Bldg 518 on Offutt AFB. The contractor shall operate, maintain, install, refuel, and repair
energized and de-energized facility and power distribution components for electric circuits,
electric control systems, and associated equipment IAW the attached Performance Work
Statement.

APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS

This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards FAR 52.222-41 and the
current wage determination, Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5005, revision 27, revised 03 Dec
2025.

QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME

A site visit will be scheduled for 18th February 2026 at 09:00 AM CST. All prospective offerers
that do not have access to Offutt AFB shall submit a filled out EAL request to A1C Hunter Hendrix at [email protected] no later than COB 16th February 2026 . Entry to the installation cannot be guaranteed.
