Project Title: Great Plains Dispatch Center Communication Room HVAC Upgrade, Rapid City, South Dakota

Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1240LT26Q0029 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for installation of complete new 2-ton mini-split heating/cooling unit. Perform all electric work necessary for complete operation of the two new mini-split units, including but not limited to wiring, conduit, electric panel connections. Work for this project requires the Contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery for the removal of existing 2- ton mini-split cooling system unit and replacement with new 2-ton mini-split heating/cooling unit.
