The U.S. Embassy Madrid, Spain requires Architect/Engineer (A&E) services for renovation and/or constructions projects (to include, but not limited to, roof, façade, HVAC, foundations, electrical installations, gas lines, water lines, etc.). We will select an A&E firm based on technical qualifications (see attached document “A&E” Qualifications”). Firms wishing to be considered for this effort should submit the attached Standard Form 330, along with clear, detailed and verifiable evidence of their qualifications and compliance with each requirement, to [email protected] before 17:30 hours (local time) on March 11, 2026. Instructions on how to complete this form are also attached.
The Govenrment will evaluate firms based on the qualifications outlined in the attached document “A&E Qualifications”. The Government will negotiate an IDIQ contract with the most highly qualified firm. The Government may elect to award a single IDIQ contract or to award multiple IDIQ contracts to two or more sources under this solicitation.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.
Contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting their qualifications.
In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), all interested parties must possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain.
