Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to be fulfilled as needed, usually one day (preferably Tuesday), bi-weekly (not to include Mass Move situations), the Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary, except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services, to perform Furnishings Management Services (FMS) at Columbus Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi. This is a non-personal service contract, and the Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contractor employees performing the services. The contractor employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall perform these services in accordance with (IAW) all applicable laws, regulations, and the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This contract provides furnishings and appliance service for unaccompanied personnel dormitories, IAW Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-6000, Housing Management. The location of these services includes buildings 346, 547, 550, 555, 958, 964, 966, 971, 972, and 973. There are also storage containers located in the AG Yard that are utilized for overflow storage.
