REQUIREMENT INFORMATION:

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests the following:

Vendor to provide high-quality finishing services to newly fabricated millwork, cabinet components, furniture, and related items. The items to be finished will require various types of finishes, from standard paint to specialized coatings. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the finishing process, including, but not limited to: Surface preparation (sanding, cleaning, priming) Application of paints, stains, and other finishes • Quality control and inspection • Packaging and transportation of finished items The location of work will be conducted at the Contractor’s location. The vendor will pick up and return the furniture to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.

• Required Period of Performance: Shall start immediately following the award and Receipt of Government Furnished Property (GFP). Vendor to return GFP to Government NLT 30 days after receiving.
• Place of Performance: Vendor Facility
