GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Verify existing conditions of the location, all dimensions, areas, and quantities of material during the site visit prior to bid submission. Contractor shall mobilize all necessary equipment and materials to site for repair of parapet walls, concrete columns, and exposed steel at Supply Building 1669. Please see attached Statement of Work.
Site visit: It is highly recommended and encouraged that interested party’s contact LT David Satava for a site visit. For scheduling contact LT Satava via email [email protected].
Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence NLT 10 days after award is made.
Extension period must be approved by the Contracting Officer for any unforeseen delays.
