The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VISN 6 has a requirement for the distribution and supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen at the Hampton, Virginia VA Medical Center. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a committed source of supply of medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen for the facilities. The contractor shall also provide a contractor-owned tank and back-up tanks as required.
