Amendment (03/03/26): The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the requirement for a double roller drum for the 10 and 5 ton rollers. Reference RHS - Rental Equipment SOW - Revision 1 for changes.

Contractor will provide servicable heavy construction equipment rental required at Holloman AFB in accordance with the Statement of work.
