The solicitation is a 100% Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 321918 with an associated Small Busines size standards in number of employees 500.

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility (CCHCF), located in Chinle, AZ 86503 off US HWY 191 and Hospital Drive. CCHCF needs a contractor to provide flooring supplies for the maintenance deparmtent. Supplies shall be provided in strict accordance with specifications.
