03/06/2026: Am-0001 issued. The purpose of this amendment is to address questions received on 3/6/2026. The attachment titled, "Additional Specifications..." provides additional details for CLINS 0102-0104. The solicitation period is not extended. Acknowledgement of this amendment is not required.

02/26/2026: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services”, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The intent of this solicitation is to award a single purchase order. The requirements will be fulfilled using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, to the maximum extent possible. This acquisition is reserved for 100% small business.
