This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (140L3726Q0023) as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal acquisition Circular 2019-03. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. NAICS 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $19.0 million. Product Service Code B525 - Special Studies/Analysis- Natural Resource. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type contract. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Vale District Office, Oregon has a requirement to perform Botanical Surveys across an estimated 8,436 acres. The project encompasses multiple locations: The Vale WUI project is located north, south, east, and west of Vale, Oregon. The northern boundary is approximately Lime, OR; the southern boundary is just south of Adrian, OR; the eastern boundary is HWY 201; and the western boundary is Westfall, OR. The survey area is 200 feet from center line on both sides of roads. NW Malheur Items 2-12: The following projects are located approximately 15 miles southwest of the town of Ironside, OR off of Highway 26 and approximately 33 miles north of the town of Juntura, OR off of Highway 20. Units are located in T15SR37E sections 15, 20, 26, 28, 32, 34; T16SR37E sections 08, 13, 18; T16S36E section 12.
Offers will be considered for award on the following schedules, but no offer will be considered for award on only a part of the schedule.
In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12 and 13, RFQ 140L3726Q0023 is available for viewing through electronic commerce via Bureau of Land Management's website at https://sam.gov.
FAR 52.212-1 (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. When combined all evaluation factors are approximately equal to cost price.
