To facilitate shipping of the PRDs to PNNL offerors were to contact the PNNL point of contact identified in the RFP 15 days prior to the proposal due date to coordinate the shipment and provide PNNL advance notification and information required for their receipt of your equipment. Vendors whom have already submitted the Bailment Agreement to PNNL before the proposal due date was extended to 18 Aug 2020 are not required to resubmit the form.
