The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, is soliciting proposals for on-site Otolaryngology Physician Services at the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center (OKC VAMC), located at 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. Services shall be performed in accordance with the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), applicable national standards, and VA directives and policies.

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a period of performance of one (1) year. The applicable NAICS code is 561320 with a size standard of $34 million. This procurement is unrestricted.

Interested offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and comply with all applicable federal, VA, and HIPAA regulations. Proposals are due by October 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM MDT. Questions must be submitted by October 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST.
