The DEA has a need for Crowd Control - Avon C50 APRs for SR. The DEA intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source to Safeware, Inc. 4403 Forbes Blvd., Lanham, MD 20706-4328, for the purpose of Crowd Control - Avon C50 APRs for SR supplies. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with 6.302-2 Urgent and compelling urgency. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334519. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
