Dr. Prentice Norman, a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity, enterprise solutions, and IT governance, has taken on a new role as Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Architecture at Arch Systems, LLC.
Most recently, Dr. Norman served as the Director of Cybersecurity Practice at VMD Corp, where he led the company's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring comprehensive risk management and governance. He was instrumental in driving the design and implementation of secure IT infrastructures, collaborating closely with stakeholders to align cybersecurity initiatives with business needs.
In addition to his role at VMD Corp, Dr. Norman held leadership positions at the Library of Congress and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. As Chief Architect at the Library of Congress, he oversaw technology architecture and ensured strategic alignment with organizational objectives. During his tenure at the Department of Homeland Security, he held several key roles, including Chief of Strategic Vendor Management and Chief of Performance and Standards, where he led initiatives focused on improving performance metrics and managing strategic partnerships.
At Arch Systems, Dr. Norman will leverage his extensive experience to provide strategic technology leadership and oversee the design of enterprise solutions. His role will focus on fostering collaboration with stakeholders, guiding team members, and ensuring governance and risk management processes are integrated into the company’s operations, all while driving innovation and operational excellence.
